My Ionic won't sync,connect to wifi or set up. Each time I try to connect to it in any way it just restarts. Have tried many things, including restart phone, turn on/off bluetooth, reinstall app etc. I have 4 days worth of data for a science project that I don't want to to loose. Any suggestions for me?

I'd recommend checking all the requirement checklist on this helpful article to make sure everything is on order to proceed to more troubleshooting steps.
After making sure that all the requirements are checked, please proceed to the troubleshooting steps listed there. If you already did some of those steps please try them again.
One important step to try is the restart process. This is very useful when you experience this kind of trouble.
