After being instructed by Fitbit to return my ionic (after experiencing a terrible burning rash) to my nearest DHL office (20 kilometres away!) I was told by DHL they are refusing to take the package as it’s a dodgy site! What on earth! To say I’m pissed off is an understatement! How can Fitbit be a dodgy site? I only printed the labels I was given via email. Driving 20kms to be told that 😡

@angdownunder Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to post the situation you experienced when sending Ionic back through DHL. It's unfortunate to read that they claimed that Fitbit was a dodgy site. Clearly it is not.
I went ahead and contacted you via PM. Please keep an eye on your Community inbox.

DHL told me the person whos address and name on the waybill sent by fitbit to take to DHL must hand it in and sign a consent. If I do it and my ID gets put in at customs and it doesn't match the waybill name, I'll get fined R 20 000.
Honestly don't know how to return it
