Just returned my ionic to the shop. Numerous crashes. Disappointed with the level of customer care. Now will not charge or power up. Tried all steps to reset. Uninstalled, updated, basic reset, factory reset. Big question then... do I reorder and give them the benefit of the doubt (based on several happy blaze years,) OR move to the apple dark side??

Hi @Jorunner,
Don't go to the dark side, LOL!
Based on what you wrote, I would probably give them another chance. The fact that it wouldn't charge indicates a hardware problem, one that was likely a fluke. And you mentioned having some years with Fitbit already.
Besides, Sith fitness trackers are more expensive.
