Hi everyone. Hoping someone can help me. My Fitbit ionic is 2months old. This week the exercise function isn’t working properly. It has disappeared of my Fitbit face and when I sync my runs it is no longer gps mapping them.
I haven’t changed any settings and have checked that gps is still on and that exercise is still ticked as an option to shown on my device.
last week for the first time it completely cut out and stopped tracking a walk.
would love any help.
