Ionic screen and buttons working intermittently

So I’ve had my ionic for about a month now and it started freaking out last night. Every 10-15 seconds it buzzes and says and goes to my notification screen. Then this morning I went to hit the exercise shortcut on the right side and that’s when I noticed that none of my buttons were working on that side. I reset the device several times, tried blowing out the button area and used a toothpick to gently clean around the buttons. Nothing is helping. Any ideas?
