Fitbit community - this will seem repetitive as there are multiple threads on this and the resolution is basically luck, or restart.
My GPS is still not working reliably. I wait for 10 minutes or sometimes even more for the GPS to connect and it won't connect. I have restarted (Factory reset) and in addition done the soft restart by pressing the buttons. SOmetimes i will get a week or two of reliable GPS connecting. But it never works reliably and now in this iteration i have done both types of restarts repeatedly and to no avail. I want to return this watch and get another one. My wife has one (we got at same time) and she does not have troubles. I have an Ionic lemon and i want it replaced! it's been less than a year but when i enter my order number Fitbit will not allow me to ask for a replacement. HELP!
