A couple of weeks ago, it appeared that my ionic just turned off - no display, heart rate sense not flashing. This was just recently after charging it up on my dock. I still have not been able to get it to turn on, even after trying the reset sequence, and it doesn't appear to register when I put it on the dock to charge. Suggestions?

It's pretty weird that your Ionic isn't turning on after you charged it. I would like you to confirm you tried this restart procedure and try the tips mentioned in this article for Fitbit devices not charging.

It’s not weird.....it’s a continuing theme throughout this forum. There is something terribly wrong with this model to stop working in 15 months. My wife bought one at Costco about a month ago....it’s still working (fingers crossed), but we are taking it back for a refund before it craps out in just over a year.
