I have tried multiple times to use the link to report an issue with my ionic band. I purchased my Smart watch last year and the band is already separating on the underside. It won’t be long and the band is going to break away. Additionally, I have searched the website and cannot locate a phone number or a way to send a message to Fitbit. Thanks, bird rock55
