I have had my Ionic since July 20th if this year (just over 4 months). Since the middle of September the battery life has been fluctuating, sometimes the charge will last for 4-5 days and sometimes it will last a day. The past week the charge time has gone down to the point that I am getting less than 9 hours per charge.
I am using the the Fitbit clockface Moment, the included charging cable and the charger for my iPhone. I have made sure that all the notifications, permissions, automatic exercises detection, and GPS are disabled. I even used the website to fully disable GPS. I have removed all the removable apps except the timer and relax apps, as I use these (though I have stopped using them this past week). I do not have an alarm set. I have followed the tips listed for the Ionic to improve battery life. I have even tried doing a factory reset, nothing is working to correct this issue.
