I would like to join the many Ionic owners in reiterating the fact about the clasp that suddenly pops off. And having no option to purchase just this tiny part versus getting a whole new band. Fitbit should address this issue rather that continue with their deafening silence on the subject. Hello Customer service..Luckily I learned from the community that there is an extra band in the box. I'm using the clasp off that band now and will certainly be ensuring it's intactness in an obsessive, OCD fashion.
