Ionic's clock face isn't displaying any data

And it will not sync. It will swipe to other commands, but none of my data, time, or date will display. Tried to reset, but settings will not display either. My Ionic is less that six months old so I can’t imagine what the problems is

Thanks for the details mentioned and the reset tried. I appreciate that you mentioned you Ionic is six months old. 

 

I would like you to fully charge your Ionic . Once it's fully charged, please restart it again and try changing the clock face.
