Ionic's display Back light stopped working

I have the same issue, and have done all below with no results

I am experiencing same issue with my ionic watch, I bought it about 8 months ago, back light was stopping randomly it would come on after several hours but  now stopped permanently, beside back light all seem working, of course I can’t se nothing on the screen.

I moved your post to the main board. Since you've tried the recommended troubleshooting but your Ionic display back light is still not working.
