Like many others in here, my ionic no longer works properly after the latest update. There is a blank screen with a green line at the bottom. I’ve done all of the recommended button pressing to no avail. It’s still recording my steps and sleep because they appear on my phone app. When I tap the settings button on my ionic, there are just two white lines going across the screen. I am reluctant to buy another device because mine was working perfectly before the update. This is obviously a major issue and a lot of Fitbit customers are very unhappy. Can you please 1. Acknowledge this issue, and
2. either allow us to update again to see if it works a second time, or create a new update ASAP which addresses these issues. Thank you.
