I've just started to get horizontal lines on my ionic display. I've had the Ionic since January 2019, i use it daily and to time runs and bikes rides. I don’t swim or shower with it on. I have tried the factory reset a number of times and also changed the clock face, but none of these procedures work.
For the record my ionic is synced to my IPHONE
