Mine has done the same thing. It is only 15 months old. I can see the display in the app and it is syncing properly, however there is no display on the watch. It has a full charge. I have an ionic, they seem to break a little over every year.

Thanks for letting me know about your Ionic, and I'm sorry that it's screen isn't working correctly. Since your device is able to charge and sync, I'd recommend to perform a restart to refresh its performance. If the issue persists, let me know so I can continue working with you.
