Hello every one
Read through the diffrent tips for solving the problem including factory reset, still nothing happens.
Further more the screen does not shut down unless it is shut doen fron the watch settings
Please help

Also, if you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such information includes a restart process that can be really helpful for the display situation you're also experiencing.
