Ionic's feedback

Just over 2 years for the Fitbit Ionic and the watch is dead already.  We spend over $300 on a product and it lasts that long.  This is the second Fitbit watch I have owned that crapped out in 2 years.  Not to mention that I had to have both watches replaced before the two year mark because of defects.  The warranty is expired and all they are offering is 25% on a new one.  You guys are a complete rip off.  Fitbit will not be getting another dime from me.

@CBiz21 Thanks for participating in the forums.

I appreciate the time you took to share your experience with Fitbit Ionic. Sorry to hear that your watch stopped working.

Each case is reviewed individually and the option provided is based in the Fitbit Warranty, if you have any questions about the option you were given, you may want to reply back to the case you have.

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

There are no lights on the underside of my iconic watch. It stopped tracking my heart rate about 1week ago. I have restarted the watch and tried several times to install the update. My watch doesn’t want to calibrate either. The watch does recharge.

Based on all the other comments from others does this mean my watch is broken.

To clarify the watch records my steps but is not recording heart rate and no lights underneath. Does this mean the watch is broken? No tips to get the lights back on?
