I'm just updating my ionic with the latest update but it is taking hours,and 3 so far at that. Is this normal ? Thanks

Welcome to the Community @Kevco. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

 

It might take longer if your internet connect isn't stable. For best results, leave on all-day sync and remove other Fitbit watches and trackers from your phone's Bluetooth settings.

 

Before you begin the firmware update, plug your watch into the charger. Make sure your watch is in range of your home or work Wi-Fi network during the update. You can try updating it over Wi-Fi or over Bluetooth.
