Ionic's left button not working

Good evening, I have an Ionic fitbit, it currently works for me but when I turn off the smart watch and try to turn it on, the left button does not work, I have to press and hold the three buttons to turn it on and it does not turn on with the current time of the application, it must be synchronized to update data. What solution can you offer me? thanks

@jcortiz Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

It's pretty weird that when your Ionic turns on, the left button doesn't work. You may be able to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button. Please let me know how it goes. 

I just tried turning off the Ionic and after 30 minutes, I turned it on again and it had the correct timezone. It might depend on how much time you left it off.

After an update I'm having to reset the ionic using the bottom right button and the left button at the same time.  The left button used to just power on the watch after holding it down for a few seconds.  I have posted this issue prior no one seems to know the answer.  The watch is clean.

Hi everyone!

 

My left button also stopped working. I cannot push it and I am unable to shut it down or restart. Also, it is stuck in the music management page, so I cannot use it, as there is no way to go back. I have been using the top right button to manage activity, but now I cannot. What can I do?
