@Goldem4 Welcome back to the Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.
I would like you to double check that your heart rate setting is set to "On" by doing the following:
- Go into your Ionic settings
- Heart rate > On
If the setting is on but you're not seeing any data, please restart it and continue monitoring it.

I’m having the same problem, no heart rate or sleep monitoring. I have taken all troubleshooting steps, including factory rest. Green light is On.
