I got my Ionic right when it first came out, and until it’s worked flawlessly. But a few days ago it started acting really oddly. The screen frequently acts like I’m tapping or swiping it when I’m not touching it. And when I do try to touch it it almost always acts like I touched somewhere other than where I did. For example, if I tap on the top right of the screen it will act as if I tapped on the bottom left of the screen (it’s not always that specific relation, just that it misidentifies where I’m tapping).
I tried restarting the watch by pressing and holding the buttons. That did nothing. Then I managed to navigate thru the glitches and do a factory reset on the watch. That seemed to fix the issues, the screen worked fine and everything, but after a few hours it started glitching again just like before.
Any ideas what’s wrong, and/or how to fix it?
Thanks for any help you can provide.
Also, in case it matters, the phone I sync it to is an iPhone 7 Plus.

I have a similar situation with my Ionic which is about 1 and 1/2 years old. I tried reseting back to factory default and my Ionic basically died. I've looked for a number to call for support but, have not found it yet.
I also went to Best Buy and talked to one of their Geek Squad guys and he said I have a hardware problem and should send it back to the factory.

My problem now is that I took the 24 hour trial of a different clock face as offered from your website. It was from Legnite. After the 24 hour trial, it shut off my Iconic! So, I went to the website they told me to use and tried to make payment. It came back telling me they only accept PayPal and I do not and will not use PayPal. I would be happy to pay using any other method and we are only talking about a $1.95 purchase but, they still have my Iconic locked up. Now, I don't want their product and I just want them to release my Iconic.
Can you help me out?

Thanks for getting back @Okiebob. Sorry for the delayed reply.
You can perform a factory reset to delete everything in your Ionic. If you don't want to delete everything on it, you may want to contact the developer of the clock face.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.
