Ionic won't complete update

New firmware update has failed 4-5 times over the past 24 hours.  Not sure why it won't complete.  Any advice?

I would like you to confirm you're following these tips to update your Ionic. If you're still having issues, please try the steps on this article: Why can't I update my Fitbit device?

If after following the above, you're still having issues, reply to the following questions: 

- Are you receiving any message when your Ionic isn't updating its firmware?

- Are you using your phone or computer?

I am following the above. I am using my phone to update the firmware and I
am not receiving any messages. It simply stops about 3/4ths of the way and
stays that way for a few hours.

I had to stand real close to my router.  Poor wifi signal on Ionic.  but it worked fine since then
