Fitbit please tell me what I must do or where I can send my Fitbit to be fixed, it wont go on, not even the battery 0% shows and I've tried all the options that Fitbig hives with pushing the bottons etc. Please help me, it was an expensive purchase. Kind regards

Best Answeri am a grown man to know and try many ways to start my fitbit ionic. as i see a few people and short time period have the same issues DEVICE NOT TURNING ON. and please if you work for fibit how is it when i try to contact support link it don't let me contact support and it repeats the pages over and over with no way to contact support ????????????????????????????????/

This happened to me a while ago so I stopped wearing my Ionic fitbit then managed to get on live chat but it just starting working however that has only lasted 3 weeks and the problem is back. I would like this matter solved please. I have taken a picture of the what the screen looks like. My fit can turn on but just keeps flickering.

Best Answer@Neilke please be careful. Fitbit has employees who post here and a Community Council that posts here, but scottphillip only joined the forums yesterday and is not with Fitbit. Anyone who offers to help you for a price is not with Fitbit. You were in touch with Moderator @SilviaFitbit , so please continue with her. You can't just send in your Fitbit without going through customer service, so please work with Silvia or contact support directly for assistance.
