My screen stopped working this weekend. The Fitbit still tracked steps, heart rate, and sleep but I could only view it through the app. I let the battery die, I then tried the 3 button reset then the two button reset. The screen faintly turned on showing 0% on battery.
I connected it to the charger. I let the battery fill up, according to the battery status on the app. After fully charged still the screen wouldn’t turn on. Is there any other troubleshooting I can preform or can I send it in to fix it?
