Hi all
Grateful for your help. I’ve got a Fitbit ionic and a couple of days ago I wasn’t able to tap into anything on the screen. Yesterday it was completely black apart from a blurred blue line down the centre. Today it’s completely black screen. I’ve charged it overnight, but still nothing. My phone app can’t connect to it either and I’ve tried all the fixed mentioned. Don’t know what to do 🤷:female_sign:
