Fitbit please tell me what I must do or where I can send my Fitbit to be fixed, it wont go on, not even the battery 0% shows and I've tried all the options that Fitbig hives with pushing the bottons etc. Please help me, it was an expensive purchase. Kind regards

Watch your step with the so called help from this so called community legend members selling dreams they not fixing your watch . A few words to make you feel good. But no fixing it. Me and 100`s more with the same issues no reply by support they don't care. Read a few replays you will see the truth. People waiting months still no support. And the problem is a update issues they not trying to loose income because so many people. Try to ask the truth. Good luck

So, @Enjoyme you've posted, but you're not saying what your problem is with your Fitbit. The best way to get help is to share more about what is going on with your device so others may assist.
