I received my Ionic last year Christmas from my late mother. I charged it yesterday and today the screen went completely black. I have tried everything suggested on other posts and nothing seems to work. It still vibrates and the green light shows at the bottom. Please help. This watch has so much sentimental value and I love Fitbit - this was an upgrade from my charge 2. Please assist if there is anything else I can try.
