Ionic saying 0% constantly

I brought my husband the Ionic for Christmas.  His battery completely died 2 days ago and now it won't budge off 0% why? We can't even restart it to reset the factory settings

If your device still doesn't charge after that you should contact customer support

Hi, yes I tried everything.  I contacted customer services and they are sending me a new fitbit 🙂 thankyou
