Trying to sync my Ionic but keeps saying device not found. It must be syncing at some point but I’m not sure when.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mine in doing same thing,  keeps saying No device found.  I cant get wifi to work either. This happens all the time. So frustrating, i just want a reliable device and app.

@SilviaFitbit I have looked at the Wi-Fi steps linked in your reply, however I don't have a Wi-Fi settings option in the app as your steps suggest.  I have done a re-set of both my 'phone and my watch.  My watch is now being recognised by my phone, I know this because the time is now correct so it must be connected to Wi-Fi, however it doesn't appear in my list of Bluetooth devices even after restarting and turning Bluetooth on and off again.  I have asked my phone to remove my Ionic (at the risk of losing data as I would rather have a working watch than be precious about my data.)  When I now try to set up my Ionic as a new device, I get a number on the Fitbit to type into the Fitbit app on my phone, it tries to connect for around 3 minutes then I get this message: "Something went wrong, there was an error while trying to pair your device."

I have tryed everything except removing device. I am not doing that, I
have done that before and couldn't add it again. So frustrating,
hopefully fixed with next update.

@C-B Thanks for getting back. I appreciate the time you've spent troubleshooting this with me. Can you confirm if your Ionic has been properly syncing after you removed it and then added it back?

@Run2live Thanks for getting back. In this case, I've shared your post with our Support team and someone will reply to you as soon as possible. Keep in mind that due to recent events affecting our operations, we may take a bit longer to get back to you.

Looking forward to hearing back from you. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
