Is it a fitbit clock or a developer clock? Kind of hard to help when we do not know which face you are using

But try a restart

If it does not help please give us more info to help

I had a third party clock installed on my Fitbit Ionic. After the latest
update I began to get the clock error message. I performed a factory
reset, chose an official Fitbit clock and it began to work. So my
conclusion is the latest update does not allow us to use a 3rd party
clock. The Fitbit clocks are very basic, but at least it is working
again. Thank you for your suggestions!!!
