Ionic scratches

Hi, has anyone else with an Ionic found that the sscreen scratches very easily?

Not personally. I have found the Gorilla Glass to be very good and scratch resistant. However if you want, you can always buy third party screen protectors from your favourite online vendors.

Mine is so scratched. It got scratched in the first 3 days of wearing it. And I am not rough or anything it was just from everyday wear.
I am really not impressed with this and have tried getting someone from Fitbit to call me and with no luck after nearly a month!

Really not impressed with this product and definitely not impressed with the service from Total Sports Canalwalk where I bought it and the Fitbit rep who knows about the problem and has just not bothered contacting me after being asked over and over to do so.

I am really not happy as my screen is really scratched and this was just after everyday wear within the first 3 days of wearing it.

I am seriously not impressed and the service I have received has been pathetic. When I enquired when buying the product the store said that there is no screen protector and that the screen wouldn't scratch. When I went back to show them 3 days later the guy first again said that there isn't a screen protector and then when he looked up he saw that you do get! I was told the Fitbit rep would contact me and this still has not happened nearly a month later! And this is after me calling about 12 times to try get this rep to call me back!

Mine scratched almost from day one.  I am VERY disappointed in the Gorilla Glass.

I got the screen protector applied to my new watch by Best buy. Now it is scratched enough to block the view. It may not have scratched my gorilla glass, but result is the same. I am disappointed there is no real solution. Can the screen shield be replaced?
