How do you change the items in the Today App?

With the latest update version 27.32.4.19 the Today App changed what is displaying.  How can I change this to add back in my Steps per Hour and remove the Activities I have recently completed?

Hi @julie_popi,

The steps per hour should be there. On my display it's directly below active minutes (my daily goal). Which stats are you seeing in Today?

I don't know of any way to remove the recent activities. It seems to always display the most recent three.

Hmm, that's strange that one is missing but the others are there?

Someone more knowledgeable will probably come by with an answer. In the meantime, take a look at this thread. The problem is slightly different, but the solution in the first post might work.

I restarted my fitbit and it did not add the Steps per hour to the Today app

That does seem strange. When I swipe up from the clock to get the Today screen I get my total steps. Swipe up again gives me Steps this Hour. Up again gives me Heart Rate.

Wow - I just noticed I have the exact same problem...no "steps per hour" tile.  Restart doesn't fix it (in fact, I don't think it's ever been there since I did the update, I just never realized it until now).  Fitbit Support - help pls?

Guess what - I think I fixed it 🙂  Go to your app on your phone, touch the "steps per hour" tile and then hit the gear icon in the top right corner and make sure that "reminders to move" is turned on.  It was set to off on my phone...I soon as I turned it on, the tile magically appear in the "Today" section of my Ionic 🙂

One other thing to note, as I’ve just been doing some testing of this; if you complete your 250 steps for the hour, the display entry showing how many of the 250 you’ve done for the hour, disappears from the Today screen. This might explain why some people aren’t seeing it in their Today summary.
