My screen went black then coloured lines appeared after reading post on the forum . Did a reset and still no joy . How do I get a replacement as my watch is less than a year old?

Contact customer service. I have had good luck with them and they are there to help. I know some say it's bad, but I have had Fitbit as my brand of choice since 2013. Left for a bit and came back, because they have customer service.
