My ionic display screen has become really low in light so cannot read at all in day light, can only read screen in evening or complete darkness. Iv reset device but no difference. Any suggestions please?

You probably already have checked brightness setting.
Not as obvious, make sure you are not accidentally in Sleep Mode.

how do I check brightness and sleep mode please? I’m not very tech savvy I’m afraid

From main clock face, scroll right (swipe left) to Settings; tap Settings - brightness - tap to scroll options.
Scroll a bit down from Brightness to Sleep Mode - tap and make sure it is set 'Off'.

@Kimbo1987 Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. As @JohnnyRow mentioned, you can check your brightness setting and make sure you're not in Sleep Mode. For instructions, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

tried it and it’s all as it should be.
I hope my Fitbit isnt on its way out….. can’t afford a new one right now 😞
