Dear Team,
My Fitbit color changes on edges and touchscreen not working properly. I have done factory reset and rebooted my device multiple times but it doesn’t solve the issue and blue color still on edges. Screen flickering as well. Kindly suggest and advice.

I am not getting proper response from support team. Really bad experience
and highly disappointed. After long relationship with Fitbit I think it’s
right time to move other platforms. --
