My ionic screen is dark but it still syncs and counts steps according to app on iPhone. Tried to restart, no luck, battery is fully charged according to app. How do I get screen to come on? Ionic was purchased Nov 2020.

Hello, I have tried all your suggestions to no avail. Screen is still dark but I can hear it beep every so often and it still syncs but screen is dark. Also this morning the battery was down to zero even though I charged it all night. I put it on a different charging cube and it is now back to 100% but screen still dark after multiple attempts to restart.
