Ionic screen has gone black

My Fitbit ionic screen will no longer light up. I let it charge for at least 8 hours, confirmed the battery was full via the app. Ive attempted to restart and reset by holding the back and bottom buttons down as well as holding all of the buttons down. The light on the back which tracks heart rate will still blink and if I check the app it’s still tracking my steps but is useless for me without the screen lighting up. Please help, I’ve only had it a year.
