My ionic watch face has gone dark. No display at all. However, it continues to accept a charge and data syncs with my iphone

Exact same thing happened to my ionic today. I can sync it but can't see anything on its screen. Tried to reset it but it doesn't help, changed the clock face but that does nothing.
It definitely has plenty of battery as when I sync it says it's full and I used my own charger and my dad's ionic charger to see if it was a charging/battery but that's fine, 5he screen is clearly the problem. Hopefully there is a fix as I use mine to record activities several times a week but now I'm suddenly left without it

Hi, I have the same issue. Screen black but still able to receive tracking activities when I sync to my phone (Huawei mate 20 Pro). Please advise how to fix it. Thank you
