My Ionic screen is very dim. It's a little brighter in certain areas on the screen and barely readable on others. I can't seem to find "brightness" in the settings either. It's so dim I can barely read the screen, even in the dark.

Please restart your Fitbit device as described in this help article. After this, monitor your Fitbit device and see if the screen issue gets fixed.
