Ionic stopped working after a full charge

My ionic was charged to 100%.  Put it on to wear it, looked at my watch a bit later and was dead.  Its on the charger now and not showing anything, 0% doesn't even show up.  I cleaned the sensors a few times and nothing.  I have tried holding the back button and the bottom button and nothing is happening.  Help!!!
