At maybe 2.5 yrs old, my Ionic has quit working. The last update seems to have kicked things off. The screen changes on its own, the app says an update is complete but the time is wrong. I’ve waited a few months because life, it happens, and this isn’t as important as people dying. However, lol, I’m extremely sad that this longed-for gift and perpetual sidekick suddenly stopped working. It’s not my first Fitbit. Maybe the Apple Watch is more reliable.

@EmmaLou0522 Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the screen issue that your Fitbit Ionic experienced after the firmware update. I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums. I totally understand how you feel about this.
Please restart your Fitbit Ionic as described in this help article. After this, monitor your Ionic and see if the issue gets fixed.
