Just received, not even a week, my new Ionic Fitbit to replace my charge4 Fitbit and the screen started to be dysfunctional. This morning it stoped lightning. I tried to reset it holding all the boutons like it’s supposed to be done. The logo appeared but not fully like it was missing energy. It all started by pressing the left bouton and the screen was not responding...I’m pretty sad about it.
