I've posted about the battery life already but no answers. Today after putting the dead ionic on the charger when I woke up, it will not even show the battery screen. I have cleaned all the contacts for charging but nothing after 3 hours of being on the charger. Can support please advise me on a next step. This is my 3rd Fitbit in 4 years and will be my last if it can't be resolved.
