The touch screen and button on the sides don't work. What can be done??

It's great to see you around @CassG48. Thanks for the details mentioned.
You may be able to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button.
If your buttons start working after this, please try restarting your watch to see if you get your screen working.

I used the air can and tooth pick to clean out the buttons , they work. I shut it off and restarted it.Now the screen won't turn off, so the battery dies faster. What can I do now??
