Please help. Initially my ionic screen no longer showed my clock & I was unable to download another. I tried to sync & do an update but nothing. So I then resorted to holding the left button & the bottom right button to reset...at that point all I got on my screen now is the Fitbit logo that flashes about every 3-5 seconds. I placed it back on the charger for a day and tried again tonite now doing a hard reset by holding all 3 buttons til the screen went dark, the logo appeared, and then when it went dark again I let up on bottom right button but continued to hold upper right until I felt the vibration. When it didn't turn on I pressed the left button. Finally turned on but now I have a different message on my screen which says: Data not cleared Sync & Try again. Any help greatly appreciated!!
I opened the app to try and sync. It didn't work. Tried to do the update. That failed too. Tried to update once more and it's been searching for my ionic now for 5 minutes & still searching. Now what do I try or is this toast? I sincerely hoped to get this working before I leave for Mayo for my next brain surgery,.

@Imuspe It's nice to see you on the Community. Thanks for taking the time to post detailed information about what you're experiencing with your Ionic.
I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. Since your Ionic is showing 'Data not cleared Sync and try again' please try the following troubleshooting:
- Remove your watch from your phone's Bluetooth
- Turn off other Bluetooth connections
- Check that you have the latest app version installed
- Set it up as a new device

I have the same issue. Was performing update and now all it does is flash the Fitbit icon. I tried holding down the three buttons but no matter what I do it just continues to flash the icon. Not sure what I should do at this point. Any help would be appreciated.

@Jheinzman A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned about what you're experiencing with your Ionic.
Since the only thing you're seeing on your Ionic is the Fitbit icon, you may want to try to set it up as a new device and check if the display changes while you're doing this procedure.

I just bought ionic today and it is set up to my wifi and my laptop but I cannot set the clock face. I just get an arrow going around and around. the battery is fully charged. I dont know what to do now. I dont have a smart phone. do I need to download clock face apps?

As a side note, when you receive your Ionic and set it up to your account, you could install clock faces developed by Fitbit or from third-party. Learn more about it by checking this article.

@Char1957 It's nice to see you on the Fitbit Community. Thanks for letting me know that your Ionic hasn't been set up to your account.
I would like you to make sure you're following this procedure to set up your watch. You could set it up using your phone or your Windows 10 laptop with Bluetooth and the Fitbit app installed. Are you receiving any error message that's not letting you set it up? Which Fitbit model are you trying to set up?

I am told by your fitbit tech-y guys via chat that my tracker isnt working and they cant get it to work. so they said I need to return it. I need a postage paid label so I can ship it back to you. please send label to:
