Something weird is happening today, first time experiencing this kind of issue. Calories tracked for the day do not match, after checking my workout/walk log total calorie count does not match with the overall for the day. Total calories should be more than 1k, it would as if it isn't counting caloires burned during sleep or not counting the calories burned during the workout/walk. Anybody has had this issue? Do you know any workarounds?
EDIT: Just noticed that the active minutes log does not match either.. 😞

@mrslacker A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the screenshots attached.
I appreciate the details mentioned. It's pretty weird that your app is showing that amount of calories burned for those steps.
I would like you to make sure that there are no manually logged activities in your Fitbit app, if you're tracking your exercises with your Ionic, there's no need to manually logged activities. This could override or remove data tracked by your watch.
If you don't have any manually logged activities, please log out from the app, force quit it, log back in and check your information again. Has this happened again? Is the same information showing in your online Dashboard?
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

I’ve never logged calories/workouts manually. I just select the workout, do my thing and finish/end the activity. As for this issue, it didn’t happen today. Calories/active minutes were tracked correctly. If i go to yesterday’s log though i can still see the issue/bug I reported, seems like calorie count catched up but active minutes and step count do not match/make sense as explained before.

@mrslacker Thanks for getting back. I appreciate the troubleshooting tried and the extra details mentioned.
I would like you to double check if you get the same information in your online Dashboard. If you don't then please provide me with the phone model and OS installed on it.
Let me know how the troubleshooting goes. Looking forward to hearing back from you.
