Ionic screen unresponsive - can’t reset

My ionic touch screen is completely unresponsive. The left button & 2 right ones work, but otherwise, nothing.

Can I do a manual reset without using the touch screen, like on the Fitbit app?

You can do a restart (much like rebooting a computer) by pressing and holding the left and right-bottom buttons until you see the fitbit logo on the screen.

Thank you! Still not working though, so I’ll have to get in touch with Fitbit support.
