Yesterday my ionic totally stopped working, it would just have the Fitbit logo on the screen, then go blank, then back to the Fitbit logo again, when the time eventually showed up, it didn’t measure steps or heart rate, then it go back to the Fitbit logo again. So this afternoon I managed to restart it and sync it with my phone again, nearly everything is back to normal, but the when I touch or swipe the screen nothing happens, any ideas what I can do? Or is it just knackered?

You're right, your Ionic should not be acting this way. Have you contacted Support about it? You can use the link at the bottom of the page. I would be interested to know what they say, so would you mind coming back and letting us know how it goes?

So I contacted Fitbit support, they got me to restart the ionic, and then do factory reset, the touch screen still don’t work though, so they have create a case, I’ll let you know what happens next.
