My watch screen won’t come on. The app says it’s still tracking my heart rate, steps, and things like that. Can anyone tell me what to do?

Perhaps you have the screen set to manual instead of auto - will your watch face light up when you press the button on the left side? If so all you need to do is long press that button and you should get an option to change the screen from manual to auto. Manual will only work when you press the button, auto works when you move your wrist.
