My watch screen won’t come on. The app says it’s still tracking my heart rate, steps, and things like that. Can anyone tell me what to do?

Perhaps you have the screen set to manual instead of auto - will your watch face light up when you press the button on the left side? If so all you need to do is long press that button and you should get an option to change the screen from manual to auto. Manual will only work when you press the button, auto works when you move your wrist.

It's nice to have a new member around, welcome @Jeberle2001Woman Very Happy You had a good point @joe3175, thanks for mentioning this.

Ok, if the Quick View is set to automatically and your screen is not coming on I'd recommend restarting your Fitbit Ionic by following these steps:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Let us know if this works!

I already tried resetting it but the screen just won’t work. It’s just a
black screen.
