Ionic screen won’t display and vibrates constantly

My Ionic has been failing to boot or charge properly for the last couple of weeks. 
I have tried to restart again today (left button & lower right and all three buttons) screen does not come on but the device is vibrating almost constantly.

Device is a little over a year old.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend doing the following:
